Afrobeats

Service Description

This is a fun and fast-paced class, taught by leading dancers, teachers and choreographers within the UK Afrobeats scene. Students will learn techniques, grooves and routines, and will be encouraged to unleash their own creativity in putting together pieces for performance. They will also have the chance to bond, express themselves and share their cultures. Performance opportunities range from events within students' own schools and colleges, to community events, to professional Afrobeats events and festivals. We are currently working in partnership with community organisation Positive Role Models in expanding this session across a number of schools.
